1:1 Clinical Pilates Instruction
Physiotherapist-lead sessions designed to meet your level of competence and strength. You’ll receive excellent support, one-on-one supervision and a range of options for each exercise.
These 1:1 sessions can be used for treatment of ongoing lower back pain, post-operative care, fitness, stability and postural correction.
The exercises focus on the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine; the foundation of all our movements. We also include the important postural muscles of the pelvic and shoulder girdles and neck.
You’ll find and strengthen your core muscles, enhance body awareness and posture as well as develop good motor control and strength to help prevent injury.
